Warranty Information
Every new and reconditioned stairlift comes with a warranty that covers your lift against any faults within a set period of time. When you get a stairlift from us, it’s important that you have peace of mind knowing that if your purchase has any issues then we will be there for you.
Here’s a breakdown on what warranty comes with our stairlifts:
- New stairlifts come with 2 years fully comprehensive warranty
- Reconditioned stairlifts come with a 1 year fully comprehensive warranty
Your warranty covers call out, labour, parts and batteries for the period of cover. Faults due to misuse of the stairlift aren’t covered.
Optional Extended Warranty
Customers have asked us many times before about getting an extended warranty on their stairlift. Due to this we are proud to say that we’re now offering an extended warranty service for our range of new stairlifts.
If ordered within 14 days of stairlift installation you can avail of upgraded warranty options for your stairlift, please note all warranties exclude batteries except for the first year, as this is a wear and tear item.
- 1 Year Extra (3 Years Total) – 20% of stairlift cost
- 2 Year Extra (4 Years Total) – 30% of stairlift cost
Extended warranties are not available for used / reconditioned stairlifts.
